About

     Hi, I'm Owen F. Delaney and I'm a Tampa, Florida based artist and University of South Florida student majoring in Studio Art.

     I was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Tampa, FL as a child. Growing up, I had fascination with the sea and deep-sea creatures of the aphotic (or "twilight") zone. This evolved into a fascination with the bizarre and macabre that continues to this day. I like to think that a common motif of my art is portraying strange, mystical and even monstrous subject matters in a way that feels palpable.
